I feel like they are our good friends as well as great suppliers.
I am on the other side of our planet in Perth Western Australia, which as far as aviation support is concerned might as well be on the other side of the moon.
Can I just pop out to the corner spare parts store, same day or overnight, Nooo. Who can I trust?? minimum 3-5 days AOG Sterling or Fedex from shipping.
With CSS on my case it is as good as it gets and the price is always right, with the bonus that there is not much Steve and his team do not know about the product.
Last year I travelled from Perth to Austin (and then to Appleton to meet one of their suppliers) especially just to meet with the CSS folks to assure myself of their integrity and bona fides.
It was worth every penny of the considerable expense (circa USD$15,000), I was not disappointed and I sleep at night, except being 12hours ahead, when we need to talk over a maintenance problem.
